3Degrees Plumbing • Heating • Cooling grew out of Tri-County Mechanical LLC — the Passaic shop Andrew Malaszuk grew up in as the son of the original owner. Second generation in the trades, first generation to rebuild the entire customer experience around them.
The name says it: three degrees of home comfort — plumbing, heating, and cooling — handled by one accountable team. Led by Andrew Malaszuk, a licensed NJ Master Plumber and Master HVACR Contractor, with Jason Ritchie running operations, every job answers to an owner, not a call center. Around here, family isn’t just blood — it’s who shows up for you at 2am.
Andrew’s road ran through a Fordham economics degree and corporate finance before the trades pulled him home. Jason’s ran from Melbourne to North Jersey with one goal stitched into the plan: build the #1 home service company in the USA. We’re growing fast because we do the unglamorous things relentlessly: show up on time, quote upfront, leave it spotless, and answer the phone at 2am. Service at every degree.

Born and raised in Melbourne, Jason earned his plumbing certification in Australia before crossing the world for a bigger build: the #1 home service company in the USA. Operations, standards, and follow-through — that’s his lane.

From Costa Rica to Passaic, Josué runs our plumbing crews with a level of craft and calm that earns its own title — around the shop, everyone calls him “Señor,” and they mean it with full respect.
